Delivery & Returns

All orders are subject to a delivery and handling fee. Postage options can be chosen at checkout(subject to price increases). Each order may only be posted to a single address. Orders posting to multiple addresses must be purchased separately.

Most Smithy&co products arrive within a week of purchase via Royal Mail(subject to the reliability of Royal Mail). If a longer term is required, for example in the delivery of personalised or custom products, we will inform you well in advance.

If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Please make sure your delivery and billing address are in full and correct to minimise any delays.

International Delivery

If you are visiting  Smithy&co web store from outside the UK  International postage rates will apply and options are available at checkout.

Refunds/Replacements

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the order at sue@smithyandco.uk quoting your full name and original order number. Clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your item(s). A member of the team will be in touch with you.

No Refunds will be available for any personalised items or bespoke orders.

Sale or discounted items are not available for refunds

No refunds will be made for used items or where washing instructions have not been adhered to.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest items are returned tracked and signed for as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in the mail and do not reach us.
